Security Officer’s Training
Training is essential to ensure security personnel is having the skills and knowledge to accomplish assigned tasks. Without post-specific training, security officer’s effectiveness is reduced and raises a question of the actual requirement for the post.
When potential threats or actual losses call for a security post, proper training must be ensured to the officer to ensure he/she is effective.
In addition to the mental ability to complete administrative tasks and make judgments, the security officer must also have the physical ability to observe, listen, report, and function in emergencies.
